About this project
Besides Gelato, Schokolato produces also “SEMIFREDDO“.
Semifreddo is an Italian specialty, “light” and frothy.
You eat it at a negative temperature, like Gelato.
Schokolato offers it combined with Gelato, often.
Our hit? It’s our multi-layered Tiramisù semifreddo.
Many people take pictures (before eating it) with the hashtag #foodporn!
Yet, we also carry “Tartufo” semifreddo: coffee and limoncello.
Or semifreddo cakes with a Gelato heart…
Like our “Coffee Bomb“, with a coffee gelato heart, and an Almond semifreddo shell in a half sphere shape!
Or like our “Pistachio Magic“, with a Fior di Latte Gelato and waffle heart with pistachio paste, and a pistachio semifreddo shell.
On request, we also personalize our cakes to celebrate your special event with you ! 🙂

NOTE:
You should treat our gelato/semifreddo cakes as if they were Gelato!
- How do I keep it?!
You must store it in the freezer (at a temperature below -18°).
Better, if you keep it in the polystyrene box we provide it with. - How do I eat it?!
You should move it from the freezer to the fridge about 1 hour before eating it, if it has the box.
Otherwise, about 30 minutes without box.
The cake should be eaten before it acquires the resemblance of a mousse!! Check with a toothpick if you are unsure! 😉
