“Is THAT real chocolate?!” 😮
That’s a question we hear rather often, with a finger pointing at the brown, thick liquid coming out of our fountain, placed at the very center of our Ark of Taste.
“Yes, it is!!” 😀
It’s chocolate produced by Felchlin, which processes the Venezuelan chocolate from Maracaibo, with 65% cocoa.
Clearly, it’s not drinkable. It is in liquid form… but that’s just because it’s hot. Otherwise it is as thick as a chocolate bar! You don’t want to drink that! 😀
With our hot chocolate we coat the waffle of our cones, where we’ll spoon the delicious Gelato…
Or we can make a chocolate drink, which you’ll recall for it’s goodness in a while!!
It’s our PREMIUM CHOCOLATE, which we make in two sizes: regular and maxi!

Besides the premium chocolate, and only when the cold weather hits the road, we also offer ITALIAN CHOCOLATE, which is thicker.
We keep it warm using a bain-marie gold-plated cauldron by Camurri. The most recognizable sign of a superior bar.
And – yes again – it’s really 24K gold (plated!).
Because every sip is precious!
One last question:
“Why not enjoying it best together with fresh whipped cream?!” 😮
We produce our whipped cream with a siphon. 😀
It has a mild caramel aftertaste! 😉
We can further flavour the chocolate with delicious Monin syrups, with vanille, cinnamon or caramel!
Only for the most demanding foodies!
