About this project

Schokolato serves PROFESSIONAL businesses also.

A dessert, just like a coffee, is the last memory of the experience your customers have at your premises.
We believe your Gelato can’t be less enjoyable than the rest of the meal.

Our supply is ALWAYS based on a PARTNERSHIP intent.
Never on a tout-court sale.

The base idea is providing continuity in a supply of superior products.
That’s the reason why restaurants choosing Schokolato are really interested in quality: they want to deliver the BEST at any moment of the foodie experience. Including GELATO.

They also recognize our premium as fair. Because Schokolato doesn’t deliver a commodity.
Our artisanal Gelato is produced in Zurich, with EXCELLENT ingredients.
We have a limited “overrun“, and we have fine “inclusions” in each gelato.

As an example, our Pistachio Gelato is made with a [real] pistachio paste coming directly from Bronte (Catania, Sicily) and is enriched with whole pistachio nuts. Our Hazelnut Gelato is the result of the correct balancing of the most delicious Hazelnuts from Piedmont, together with crunchy caramelized bites of hazelnut. Our Chocolate Gelato, thick and rich, will amaze you along the bites of Grand Cru 65% Maracaibo chocolate.
In short, our gelato (and sorbetto) is a real awakening for the palate.

Our geographical focus is Kanton Zurich, where we deliver directly.
Free of charge when your reach a minimum order, or against a small fee.

The Gelato is tipically boxed in boxes of 2.33 lt, a perfect fit for commercial freezer and professional necessities.
We have both DISPOSABLE boxes, ore RE-USABLE boxes (against a depot, as if they were glass bottles).
