At Schokolato, we DO NOT “scoop“, when serving.
That’s why we always smile, a bit like the Cheshire Cat [the cat of Alice in Wonderland],  when somebody asks:
“I’d want 2 scoops!”

Here, we use a SPATULA.
That is a substantial difference to scooping gelato, because that means that – in any cup size – you can get more than one flavour, for the same price! You don’t pay per flavour… but per overall quantity of gelato!

In a  “REGULAR” cup we can provide 1 o 2 flavours.
In a “LARGE” cup , from 1 to 3 flavours.
In a “MAXI” cup, up to 4 flavours.

In a CONE, we can provide a maxium of 2 flavours.

That’s why the first thing we’d like to knew is:

1. your preference in between a CONE or a CUP
2. the CUP size you want
3. the flavours you’ll want to taste today! 🙂

The flavours you can choose from are usually 14, and change with seasons and our mood.
[They are 8, instead, in the movable vitrines you’ll find at our commercial partners.]

• Gelato, Pistachio DOP from Bronte (Sicily), with whole pistachios
• Gelato, Hazelnut form Piemonte, with caramelized and crushed hazelnuts
• Gelato, Almond, with crushed amaretti biscuits
• Gelato, Pepperint, with soft milk chocolate
• Gelato, Banana, with caramelized and crushed hazelnuts
• Gelato, Coffee, with caramelized and crushed almonds
• Gelato, Coconut, with coconut pulp
• Gelato, Bourbon Vanille, with caramelized sesame seeds
• Gelato, Matcha (japanese green tea), with toffee

As you see, our flavours are in the direction of Italian tradition, with very few exceptions. We like the classics, despite, we do have special cards in our sleeves! 😉

ALL OUR GELATO (and SORBETTO) ARE GLUTENE-FREE.
Our SORBETTO are also suitable for VEGANS.
