You need to store them at a temperature below -18°.
These boxes are made in thick food polystyrene.
This material allows carring Gelato for over 1 hour, out of the freezer, and enjoying it immediately after arriving at destination. Yet, the Gelato doesn’t have to be eaten all at once! The box can be stored back into a freezer to be enjoyed at a later stage.
BOX-TO-GO can contain 1 flavour or 2 flavours, and are available 3 sizes: 600–900–1’200 ml.
BOX-TO-GO can/should be sold along READY-TO-SELL CUPS.
BOX-TO-GO are produced in our laboratory, immediately after the production of the Gelato, and are deep frozen at a temperature of -35°C. We produce them on your request, for YOUR clients!
Boxes provide following information:
- Flavours in the box (1 or 2)
- Box size (600-900-1’200 ml)
- Best-before date
- Storage information and consumption instructions
